Paul Walliker is currently a Senior Workforce Development Consultant at Caterpillar Inc. Paul has responsibility for the Caterpillar Knowledge Network, a web 1.0 knowledge management/social networking and learning tool that ties together Caterpillar employees, dealers, suppliers, and customers globally. He has over ten years experience in corporate education and training including management of educational reimbursement, knowledge management, performance management training, and other initiatives. He is currently working on the introduction of Connections as a social networking and learning platform. Paul received his bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University and his Masters of Education degree from the University of Phoenix.
