As managing partner at Global Teams since 2003, Peter Byebierggaard has spearheaded numerous global learning and leadership development initiatives. His expertise lies in designing and implementing complex global learning solutions enhancing employee experiences as well as customer experience. Notably, he led a Global Organizational Capability Development for one of the largest global mobility corporations, focusing on human-centered digital transformation. His role involved training service design facilitators, introducing data-driven insights strategies, and organizing artificial intelligence (AI) activities to support the development of effective learning experiences across the organization.

He improved sales and service capabilities for major importers and dealerships by digitizing their training centers, developing blended learning paths, and facilitating the implementation of an LMS. Peter also worked with a leading financial institution in the UAE to enhance customer experiences for people with disabilities and improve financial literacy for employees and major clients by leading a team to design a comprehensive blended learning solution. Additionally, he collaborated with InSync Training to deliver a three-week “learning hub” concept, which strengthened global trainers’ abilities to meet regional needs. He co-authored the article “The Sense-Making Loop” with Beth Yoder, published in TD magazine. Peter has also been responsible for developing more than 300 trainers within a global competency development organization.

His leadership development work includes coaching top executives to perform in a global context and designing learning programs for high-potential employees, team leaders, and managers. He has developed peer coaching networks for top executives. He has delivered training for various multinational organizations, public organizations, and NGOs.

Peter holds an MSc in aerospace vehicle design from Cranfield University, an Int. MBA from the University of Glasgow, an MSc-level certificate in applied organizational psychology, and a BSc in operations management. His recent professional development includes agile project management, data analytics – dashboards versus data stories, and AI for business specialization.
