Peter Casebow is chief executive and one of the founders of GoodPractice, which focuses on performance outcomes in L&D and HR and the provision of innovative online leadership and management solutions. The company currently provides performance support to more than one million leaders and managers in 250 of the UK's leading organizations. Formerly head of strategic communication at the Royal Bank of Scotland, he introduced business television across the bank and was responsible for the bank's Internet and intranet development. His successful track record includes 20 years in banking, training, HR, and communication. Peter is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, a member of the Institute of Directors, and holds an MBA from Heriot Watt University. He's also a qualified mountain leader and volunteers as an outdoor instructor with young people.
