ATD will release new research that will focus on innovative technologies organizations are using for learning. Topics to be covered include learning technologies, measuring the impact of learning technologies, and staffing. Yasmin Gutierrez, senior manager of learning experience at WM, along with Phil Rhodes, head of learning and leadership development at WM will talk about their experience with implementing and managing learning technologies. 
Some key findings from the study include: 

72 percent of survey respondents said learning technologies were important to their organization's overall strategy. 
79 percent of survey respondents used software (such as an LMS) to track employee learning.
65 percent of talent development professionals or trainers had experience managing learning technologies.
