Pooja Jaisingh, PhD, is on a mission to make learning technology less chaotic and a lot more useful. For more than two decades, she has helped instructional designers, trainers, and L&D leaders move past the hype and build something that actually works for their learners. As the founder and CEO of Digital Learning Nook, Pooja helps organizations and practitioners navigate the modern learning tech landscape, with a focus on generative AI and content innovation. Her earlier roles as associate vice president of digital learning at Icertis and principal e-learning evangelist at Adobe taught her one thing above all: The best technology decisions start with the problem, not the tool.

Pooja holds a PhD in educational technology and is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional. She is a recipient of the Guild Master award and multiple DemoFest awards from The Learning Guild, and a regular speaker at top industry conferences.
