About
Poonam Pandit is an established organizational psychologist and facilitator at ATD. She is a down-to-earth educator and people development coach with a passion for delivering effective, easy-to-understand, and practical solutions. As a business leader and consultant for more than 15 years, Poonam has wide-ranging experience in private and public sectors across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, working across several industries such as government, energy, pharmaceutical, real estate, and banking and financial services. She works with C-level executives, directors, managers, and future leaders. As a result, Poonam has enhanced and empowered leadership capability and improved performance across the globe.
The breadth of Poonam’s experience encompasses the design and delivery of both large-scale interventions geared toward mass assessment and executive-focused initiatives aimed at leadership development and recruitment. She has also led numerous complex human capital transformations and change management engagements. In addition, she has educated leaders through leadership programs and train-the-trainer initiatives to enable businesses and individuals to flourish in changing environments.
Poonam has delivered on a range of leadership topics, including effective feedback, personal impact, presentation, and networking skills. Poonam is a hands-on leader capable of strategic and critical thinking and identifying the potential in others and inspiring them to take action. Poonam holds a master’s degree in organizational psychology and executive coaching from City, University of London. Internationally associated with the European Federation of Psychologists Association (EFPA) and the British Psychological Society (BPS), she is certified to administer feedback for several psychometric assessments, including Saville Wave, Hogan, and emotional intelligence tools, to profile capability. In addition, Poonam is knowledgeable about developing and delivering effective leadership solutions, executive coaching and human profiling, and creating behavioral change.
Poonam is a master of trust-based rapport building, making people feel instantly valued; this is powered by her authentic communication style and a genuine interest in supporting people to do better.
