Dr. Prebagaran Jayaraman is an international learning facilitator, ATD Master Trainer, and learning transfer strategist with more than three decades of experience helping organizations translate training into measurable performance improvement. He is the founder of Prebagaran Academy, where he designs and facilitates high-impact learning experiences in Train-the-Trainer certification, leadership development, project management, and learning transfer strategy. His work focuses on helping organizations maximize the return on their learning investments. Dr. Prebagaran is a Gold Certified Kirkpatrick Practitioner and Certified Learning Transfer Designer (Institute for Learning Transfer, Vienna). He is also an authorized Master Trainer for the HRD Corp Train-the-Trainer Certification Program in Malaysia and a member of the Malaysian Association of Facilitators. He has facilitated professional development programs for leaders and trainers across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, including Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, Brunei, Mauritius, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Oman, Bahrain, UAE, Ghana, Tanzania, and Nigeria. Previously, he served as Head of Marine Technology Academy at Boustead Naval Shipyard, leading workforce capability development and technology transfer for Malaysia’s RM5.35 billion New Generation Patrol Vessel project in partnership with a major German shipyard. Dr. Prebagaran is the co-author of Upgrade Diri and author of Executive Dharma: From Virtue to Value.
