Rachel Habbert is a senior people data scientist with Perceptyx, a leader in employee listening, people analytics, and leadership development. A behavioral scientist with a PhD in management of organizations, her expertise and professional interests are focused on human behavior, decision-making, motivation, productivity, and performance. Prior to joining Perceptyx with the acquisition of Cultivate in February 2022, Rachel held positions with Torch Labs and Medallia. Rachel received her PhD and masters degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, and her BS from Stanford.
