Rajiv Chandran is chief learning officer at Accenture. In his role, he is responsible for the learning and leadership development strategy and programs for more than 700,000 employees globally.Chandran joined Accenture in 2015 from McKinsey & Company, where he was part of the team that set up the McKinsey Leadership Institute and worked with clients at the intersection of business strategy and leadership capabilities. He has also had prior stints at Aon consulting and Oracle.He is a mechanical engineer and has a master’s in degree in human resources. Chandran is also a certified integral coach from New Ventures West California, a school of coaching that brings together several disciplines such as philosophy, somatics, neuroscience, and ontology and integrates Eastern and Western wisdom traditions.
