Rania is a technical corporate veteran-turned master coach and facilitator on a mission to help make the world a more humane place one change agent at a time.

She works with executive leaders, professional coaches and facilitators providing leadership programs, facilitator and coach development programs, mentor coaching and executive leadership coaching.

Rania is the first certified Dare to Lead™ facilitator from the MENA region and the only one in Egypt. She is an international facilitator for ATD, Cranfield Executive Leadership School, CCL and UN programs in the EMEA region amongst others.

Rania is the founder of THINK for Leadership & Coach Development. She has over 25 years of executive experience, having worked in senior leadership positions in multinational organizations in Canada, UAE and Egypt.
