Rita joined QUALCOMM in 2006, where she is currently a Sr. Director of Learning, focusing on leadership development in QUALCOMM’s Learning Center. Rita began her career as a US Navy Intelligence Officer and spent the majority of her seven years of active duty military time leading teams in the development and delivery of specialized training for Navy audiences, from junior sailors to senior executives. She left the Navy in 1996 and worked at Booz Allen Hamilton for nine and a half years in both consulting and learning. Rita is a graduate of the US Naval Academy in Annapolis.
