Ron Dickson is a strategically oriented analyst and program manager focused on transforming learning and development through analytics, standardized measurement systems, and data-driven innovations. Currently an engagement impact analyst at the nonprofit Experience Matters, his most recent corporate role was measurement and analytics manager for Intel’s corporate learning team. Ron was instrumental in the creation of the Workplace Learning & Performance Scorecard, the online real-time benchmarking and decision support tool maintained by ATD (Association for Talent Development).
