Sarah Cusack, APTD is safety and development specialist at the professional treecare company Arborwell, based in Hayward California. After creating a new role as Arborwell’s instructional designer and e-learning developer, Sarah earned her APTD certification in July 2020. Given that the treecare industry has not historically placed a strong emphasis on employee development or on integrating technology into training, discovering ATD and creating new avenues for learning has been an exciting challenge. Sarah is passionate about creating tools to help others reach their full potential, and is excited to take the CPTD exam in April of 2021!
