Sarah Ringler earned her master’s degree in international relations at Berlin’s Free University, writing her thesis on the Vetëvendosje movement in Kosovo. She has worked throughout the Balkans as a consultant, and interned for the Dutch NGO Spark and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.
