Sehoon Kim, PhD, is an associate professor of HRD at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. His research interests include training effectiveness, emerging technology in workforce development, and employee well-being. Currently, he serves as the graduate program coordinator for HRD ( z.umn.edu/hrd ), including MEd. and Ph.D. programs as well as the fully online master’s program ( z.umn.edu/mltd ).
