Shalu Manan is Genpact’s talent development and gender diversity program leader. She leads lean digital and design thinking capability development for Genpact. She supports strategic talent development across CFO services and consulting, quality, transitions, and CIG. Shalu has spent more than 15 years with Genpact in operations, quality, and learning roles. Previously, she led HR and development for all research and development functions in Genpact. She has also led the life insurance learning and development team, in which she set up a domain competency model and rigor in driving certifications in partnership with the Life Office Management Association (LOMA), which resulted in Genpact being awarded Excellence in Education in 2009 by LOMA. With an MBA in HR and marketing, Shalu is a certified LSS Black Belt and Certified Professional in Learning and Performance from ATD. She has completed PMP, MCSE, and LOMA L1 certifications. Shalu received the Platinum Award in 2007 and 2012.
