Shannon Benham is the International Talent Development director for United Parcel Service, the world's largest package delivery company and a global leader in supply chain solutions, serving more than 220 countries and territories and employing over 400,000 people. During her 20-year career with UPS, she has held multiple roles as a Human Resources director within both the United States and Europe, along with diverse business units such as UPS Supply Chain Solutions, UPS Capital Corporation, and The UPS Foundation. These varied assignments have given her knowledge and insight to provide useful solutions in her current role: coordinating leadership and talent development strategies for all countries and businesses outside of the United States. Prior to relocating to Atlanta in 2010, Shannon was based in Brussels Belgium as the Director of Learning and Development for UPS businesses in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
