Shannon is an implementation manager for learning solutions at Inkling, partnering with its training and development customers to ensure that they are able to develop interactive mobile content with ease. She has more than a decade's worth of experience in managing and implementing innovative software solutions for clients large and small. Before joining Inkling two years ago, she worked at Livefyre, SuccessFactors, UBC, and Pfizer.
