Sheena Works is the chief learning officer for Five Studies: The Tourism Academy. She is a dynamic leadership and training expert who has built and delivered numerous successful training programs that have supported the growth and employee development of numerous companies over the last 10 years. Works has launched training departments for rapidly growing technology companies, as well as consulted numerous small to medium-sized businesses on the best practices of learning and development. In her current role, Works oversees all of the online learning opportunities for the tourism industry through Five Studies: The Tourism Academy. She has her master’s degree in education, with a focus on instructional design and technology and is truly passionate about helping make a difference in the lives of others.
