Sheila Johanna Harkatz is manager and founder of Didactica Professional Development, an American consulting company focused on training delivery and instructional design, e-learning design, and transfer of learning. Previously, she worked at various universities, government agencies, and private companies. Sheila is also an advisor for the ATD Mexico Network. She holds a master’s degree in organizational learning and leadership and a bachelor’s degree in education.
