Shelby Danks, PhD, is the founder and principal adviser of Arken Research, a consulting firm focused on meaningful measurement and evaluation. Shelby has a successful track record of deep collaboration with program developers and enjoys helping clients catalyze their transformations through unique measurement solutions. She has empowered 100+ organizations through 10+ years of consulting and service on multiple organizational assessment boards, including the National Baldrige Performance Excellence Program, the Texas Award for Performance Excellence, the Higher Learning Commission's Academic Quality Improvement Program, and AdvancED. Shelby received her PhD in learning technologies with a minor in measurement from the University of North Texas.
