Sherlin Nair is a research associate with The Conference Board and supports projects in human capital, talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement. She has published research reports and chapters, which include:  Strategic Leadership Development Report 2013, Executive Coaching 2012, Happiness at Work, and  The Center for Creative Leadership Handbook of Coaching in Organization (2015), where she co-authored a chapter on the rise of internal coaching.
