Steve Buchman is the Director of Learning Operations for MillerCoors LLC based in Milwaukee. The Learning Operations team at MillerCoors is responsible for directing and evaluating the performance and infrastructure of MillerCoors University and the learning solution design processes ensuring high-quality learning standards and the application of best practices across the enterprise learning teams including sales, marketing and integrated supply chain. Prior to this role, Steve was the Senior Learning Consultant for the sales and marketing function at MillerCoors. Before joining MillerCoors in 2011, Steve held various roles within Accenture Learning and Accenture Management Consulting focused on Learning and Collaboration within the Consumer Goods area.
