Stephen L. Guinn is owner and managing partner of PSP Metrics (PSP), a Pittsburgh-based consulting firm that has assisted local, national, and international businesses in improving the quality and productivity of their human capital for more than 60 years. He has particular expertise in executive development and succession planning, having assisted numerous senior executives in taking their careers to the next level. Guinn was also an adjunct professor at the University of Pittsburgh for 15 years, where he taught courses in organizational psychology. He has written for a variety of publications and has been interviewed by local and national media on a variety of topics.
