Steve is a leadership development consultant with more than 24 years of experience working in the organizational effectiveness field. Steve’s passion is in working with leaders to develop aligned and sustainable cultures driven by modelling positive and deliberate behaviors. Steve is an effective collaborator who brings small and large groups of people together to facilitate leadership development, team performance improvement, increased productivity, and results. Steve has worked in senior positions at high-tech companies Novell, Symantec, and Lawson Software, and at performance improvement and leadership development companies O. C. Tanner and the Culture Works. He has also led the development of custom training with executives and leadership teams across many industries. Steve has provided thought-provoking keynote and workshop presentations to organizations including the Association for Talent Development’s International Conference & Exposition and the Enterprise Engagement Alliance Conference. Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in history and a master’s degree in instructional technology.
