Steve Sorenson

Steve Sorenson is senior director of learning and culture at Johnsonville Sausage. Previously, he worked at the Schwan Food Company for 17 years, most of that time in positions of talent development and performance. Sorenson has more than 28 years of experience with all aspects of people development and coaching, working with individuals and large groups.
