Steven P. Dinkin has served as president of the National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) since 2003. He has co-authored two books on conflict resolution: The Exchange, A Bold and Proven Approach to Resolving Workplace Conflict and The Exchange Strategy for Managing Conflict in Health Care. He is currently working on a third book regarding bystander communications.
