Sue has spent over 30 years helping people develop leadership and job specific skills, from high school to college to manufacturing to utilities. Since joining TVA 7 years ago, she has become responsible for designing, developing and implementing programs and courses for all TVA employees who want/need skill building and development in all levels of leadership. She is actively involved in implementing TVA’s Pipeline Model of Leadership and manages several hi-potential development programs in addition to general leadership programming.
