Susan Doctoroff Landay is president and owner of Trainers Warehouse. For almost 30 years since she joined her father’s fledgling business, Landay has continued to bring her marketing acumen, leadership, and creativity to the company. Prior experiences include 2.5 years of consulting and training in the field of negotiation and another two years marketing a business history consulting company. Landay is a thought leader in the talent development industry, hosting the WorkSmart blog, a LinkedIin group nearing 100,000 members, and a series of biweekly training chats and demos called Trainers Warehouse Show & Share.

She graduated from Yale College (BA in 1986), the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University (MBA in 1992), and Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Clown College (MFA in 1987). Landay values using humor to enhance training.
