Susann Prenderville moved across the pond from Ireland to discover a new career in learning and development. Now based in Vancouver, she works as a freelance instructional designer and e-learning producer for a wide range of clients. The work she does includes training needs analysis, job/task analysis, design and development of e-learning, blended learning, and instructor-led training.
