Suzi is currently the Director of planning and analytics for the American Express Learning Network (AELN). In this role, she is responsible for strategic planning, financials and post‐training metrics reporting. Suzi’s team partners with both proprietary and partner locations around the world to understand the impact AELN has on the business. Suzi’s team also creates tools to assist facilitation of learner data and classroom management, oversees the quality strategy for AELN, and is creating dashboards as a means of consolidating metrics from multiple locations and business partners. Suzi holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and a former member of the Forum’s Advisory Group.
