Tammy Heermann is a Principal, Global Leadership Development with Knightsbridge Leadership Solutions in Toronto. Tammy’s focus is on building leadership capacity in organizations through the design of leadership strategy, competencies, curriculum, and leadership learning programs. She has designed and facilitated award winning learning programs for global audiences. Tammy also works with executive and functional teams in the areas of strategy facilitation and team effectiveness. Prior to Knightsbridge, she held positions as European HR Manager and Head of Global Learning & Development. Tammy has worked with organizations in a variety of sectors — including financial services, health care, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, high tech, and government. A dynamic presenter, Tammy has been called upon to speak regarding progressive HR policies and culture with the Discovery Channel, CBC Radio, The Globe & Mail, and the Sun. Tammy is a graduate of the London School of Economics with a Masters of Science degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree with a double major in Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Saskatchewan.
