Tammy Summers is an Associate on Booz Allen’s Diversity and Inclusion Team where she is the Program Manager for Booz Allen’s Women’s Agenda, focused on developing programming for the advancement and retention of women employees. Ms. Summers is responsible for creating fiscal year program objectives and associated success metrics for multiple focus areas within the Women’s Agenda. Ms. Summers also leads and manages the firm’s external strategic partnerships with diverse organizations targeted to developing women professionally. In this capacity, she leads the creation and on-going management of corporate-level strategic partnering plans with key stakeholders encompassing fiscal year objectives, value propositions, key deliverables and budget proposals. Ms. Summers significantly increased Booz Allen’s presence with professional associations including the Society of Women Engineers, Women in Technology, Women in Defense, and Women of Color in Technology. Tammy earned her B.A. in Psychology from Argosy University.
