Thomas G. Gaffney is the senior manager in CCL’s government sector responsible for all of CCL’s work with the Army, the Air Force, the Department of Defense, and the intelligence community. He leads the center’s team in providing timely, powerful, and cost-effective programs to meet these leadership needs.
