Tiffanie Walls has been in the learning and development field since 2007. She is Eddie Bauer’s L&D Manager for the United States and Canada. She manages the learning function for leaders and associates, creates content, designs and delivers instructor-led training and e-learning and ensures effective measurement and evaluation of training programs. She also has a background in HR, coaching, and organization development, which helps set learning strategy, identify organization and employee needs, and prepare organizations for change and growth. Tiffanie earned her Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) in 2013.
