Tiffany Lombardo has more than 14 years of experience as an L&D professional. She began her career as part of the L&D team at the Sherwin-Williams Company. During her time there, she implemented global learning programs and designed impactful learning for employees, managers, and executives. She earned her bachelor’s degree in English literature from John Carroll University. In 2014, she furthered her education with a master’s degree in business administration with a focus in human resources from Cleveland State University.

In 2016, Lombardo joined the team at Cinecraft Productions as a learning consultant and was promoted to instructional design manager. She is passionate about creating innovative and effective learning experiences that engage the learner and achieve business objectives. Lombardo consults with multiple business lines to ensure performance gaps are filled and measurable results are achieved.
