Tim is the curriculum manager for the Kohler Learning Academy. In that role he serves Kohler Company’s 30,000 associates in four businesses at 55 locations in 19 countries. Tim is responsible for curriculum and course development for the human resources, marketing, and communications academies, as well as leading the competency modeling process, program metrics and measurement, and learning governance for all functional academies globally. Prior to joining Kohler Company in 2013, Tim worked for 17 years at Johnsonville Sausage, starting there as a third-shift production worker before becoming a founding member of their organizational development and learning team. He also has prior experience in in-home sales, dairy farming, and dairy nutrition. Tim has previously served as a member of the ASTD Forum Advisory Group. He earned a BS in human resource management from Silver Lake College and an MS in management from the University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee.
