Christina joined C21 in December 2008. Christina leads the CENTURY 21 Learning and Development department which includes course development, delivery, CLS℠, program management, and learning analytics. In her previous role at Century 21, Christina served as Director of Staff Development. One of the many initiatives launched in 2010 by her team was how-to TV, a video site dedicated to helping CENTURY 21’s affiliates learn tools, systems, and processes by watching instructional videos in only a few minutes. This new medium is geared towards making brokers, managers, agents, and administrators more productive, efficient, and wanting to learn more. CENTURY 21’s Learning Department was recognized by Training magazine nine times out of the past 11 years on the Top 125 list of organizations known for their exemplary learning solutions—the only real estate franchise to hold this honor so many times.
