Tracie Cantu, CPTD

Tracie M. Cantu, MHRM, CPTD®, is CEO and Chief Learning Strategist at Your CLO and a recognized authority on enterprise L&D transformation. She helps organizations shift their learning functions from reactive service delivery to strategic business enablement by strengthening their operating models, technology ecosystems, and measurement approaches.

Her career spans leadership roles across government, retail, and technology. She served as Director of Learning Technology at Whole Foods Market, an Amazon company, and Head of Learning Ecosystems at Meta, with additional experience leading learning operations at Atlassian. Today, she advises global companies across a range of industries, including high-growth businesses in technology, consumer services, and professional services.

Tracie brings this practitioner experience into the classroom through practical, discussion-based learning grounded in the real decisions L&D professionals face. Her facilitation helps participants translate concepts into approaches they can apply within their own organizations.
