Tracy Montano has been an instructional designer at Langevin Learning Services since 2016. She has a certificate in e-learning, specializing in adult learning from the University of Calgary, and has certifications in design and development and as a virtual classroom producer.

During her time in the L&D field, Montano worked as an instructional designer and facilitator in both the physical and virtual classroom, virtual classroom producer, and global project manager.
