Twinkle has over 12 years of experience in Learning & Development spanning instructional design, performance consulting and organizational behavior. At Accenture, her work entails strategizing & recommending Learning solutions including competency architectures to support key strategic imperatives of various business verticals. She leads the key talent & leadership interventions for executives within Management Consulting in India. She is also responsible for client-account & sales skills, analytics & industry differentiation across career levels. She also guides other management consulting nodes & has contributed to the Learning Measurement Strategy. Prior to Accenture, she worked with Dell International Services, where she led Learning & Organizational Development at Gurgaon. She was part of the Corporate Learning Services at GE Capital, where her primary role was to drive the Leadership and Professional curriculum.  MBTI accredited & Green Belt certified, she was also part of the core team at GE for setting up training as an integrated process for Mexico, China and Hungary. On the personal front, Twinkle is married and enjoys traveling and reading.
