Valerie Noll, CPLP, is a leadership coach and organizational consultant specializing in developing peer leaders and change agents. She has a master’s in human relations from the University of Oklahoma, and has been a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance for 10 years. She has worked in the learning and development field for more than 20 years. Previous positions include U.S. Air Force aviation instructor, training manager for locomotive maintenance at Union Pacific Railroad, and instructional designer for Crew Training International. In her spare time she explores learning in games by offering her consulting services to a top 100 U.S. progressive raiding guild in the massive multiplayer online game World of Warcraft.
