Victoria M. Grady is the academic director of the Master in Science in Management Graduate Program and associate professor of organizational behavior and executive education faculty at George Mason University. Grady is also the professor in residence at Forvis Mazars based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. Grady’s research portfolio focuses on the behavioral implications of organizations introducing and implementing organizational change.
