Wakako Imizu is an expert trainer at PERSOL Research and Consulting. She has 11 years of experience as a facilitator and three years as a supervisor for a career consultant. She works with global companies including heavy industry, banking, luxury cars, IT, real estate, nonprofits, and administrative offices as an individual business. She has also worked as a producer of ATD Consulting Skill Courses and ATD Needs Assessment Courses since 2022.

She is recognized for her empathetic attitude, based on counseling skills. She ferments participants’ psychological safety at an early stage and encourages them to express their insights through careful listening and reflective questioning. She also has experience facilitating several participants, from three to 200, ranging from teenagers to individuals in their sixties. Wakako is excellent at understanding the essentials of adult learning and instructional design and utilizes them to facilitate fostering the participants’ intrinsic motivation, enhancing learning from experience, and strengthening their practical skills. She applies these facilitation skills for both domestic and global sessions.

She is a member of IAF (International Association of Facilitators), the Certified Supervisor of Career Counseling Association (Japanese organization of CCE. Inc, branch of NBCC), a first grade Certified Skilled Professional of Career Consulting, and a Hogan Assessments Certified Feedback Coach.
