Wendy Stoner serves as the General Services Administration’s (GSA's) director for national recruitment and the Emerging Leaders Program within the Office of Human Resources Management. She has more than 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, training, and leadership development. Wendy strives to create an environment of highly engaged employees dedicated to accomplishing the GSA's mission and to recruit highly talented individuals prepared to take on the GSA's challenges. Her work is helping the GSA fuel the pipeline to meet the agency's future succession planning needs. Wendy is also a proud Penn State alumna.
