Zachary J. Konopka has been part of the greater New York City learning and development community for the past nine years. Prior to relocating to New York, he lived in Rome and worked throughout Europe, facilitating a variety of training programs and professional development initiatives. Currently, Konopka is vice president of development and strategic relationships for Skilitics, an adaptive learning organization. His focus on learning design and analytics within professional development has afforded him the opportunity to work with more than 30 ATD chapters across the country, and his organization has presented at the ATD International Conference & EXPO the past four years. Konopka is currently the vice president of programs for the New York City Chapter of ATD.
