Companies that operate in industries with high compliance demands face unique challenges when it comes to driving employee engagement and innovation. The Association for Talent Development (ATD) designed the new Talent Development Across Industries (TDI) conference to address these challenges and inspire attendees. Focused on sharing best practices across the manufacturing, healthcare, and financial services industries, TDI, sponsored by Intrepid by VitalSource, brings together talent development professionals from these highly regulated industries to learn from one another.
The event will be held October 18 and 19 at the Yale School of Management campus in New Haven, CT, and will be keynoted by New York Times bestselling author Dan Schwabel and internationally recognized speaker Liz Weber.
