A facilitator guide provides everyone involved in a learning event an idea about what needs to happen before, during, and after the learning experience. While it’s useful for an individual facilitator, it also helps multiple facilitators in a team to be consistent in how they help participants learn the tasks in the program. Use this outline to help you in designing and developing your facilitator guides. This tool was adapted from the self-paced ATD course, Designing and Developing Learning Materials.
