Donald Kirkpatrick originally presented four levels of training evaluation. Jack Phillips proposed a fifth level, ROI. The levels presented in the document are not sequential and not of equal importance. Ideally, we should focus on the level of evaluation that aligns with our organizational goals and the primary focus of our key stakeholders.
