Aaron Heyne
ABOUT ME

 

Aaron Heyne joined Johnson Controls in 2014.  His responsibilities include program management and design across multiple levels of leadership; Currently Early Career, Johnson Controls Leadership Edge (JCLE) for Senior Managers and Directors and the Extreme Learning Program (XLP) for Senior Director and Vice Presidents.

 

He also partners with Talent Management in the identification and design of employee development opportunities.

 

Prior to joining Johnson Controls, Aaron spent 17 years with the Sherwin-Williams Company.  During his tenure, Aaron held multiple roles including Branch Manager, District Training Manager and Sales Representative.

 

His expertise includes: Organizational and leadership development, project and program management, facilitation, strategic planning, sales and operations management, and profit and loss analysis.
